Number of Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella, Gianvi Lawsuits Continues to Grow

In the last two months alone, over 700 Yasmin / Yaz lawsuits have been filed in the federal multidistrict Yaz litigation. That brings the total number of Yasmin / Yaz lawsuits filed in federal court to over 2400. This does not include the numerous lawsuits filed in the state courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California.
