Number of Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella, Gianvi Lawsuits Continues to Grow

In the last two months alone, over 700 Yasmin / Yaz lawsuits have been filed in the federal multidistrict Yaz litigation.  That brings the total number of Yasmin / Yaz lawsuits filed in federal court to over 2400.  This does not include the numerous lawsuits filed in the state courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California.

The injuries suffered by the Yaz plaintiffs are very serious and include such severe side effects as stroke, pulmonary embolism (PE), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), gallbladder disease and even death.  The plaintiffs in the Yaz / Yasmin lawsuits are seeking financial compensation for their serious injuries.
